Assembly and Erection

Our services come in a custom made comprehensive package to suit our client requisites. We are an all terrain team capable of bring out maximum performance. We posses a stunning field record of assembling and erecting over 3000 WTGs in a short span of over a decade. Our job includes erecting WTGs of varying capacities from 250KW to 1.25MW all over India . With our rising clientele base, we are looking forward to further expand our facilities on a global scale.

Wind Turbine operation & maintenance

Our versatile experience regarding operation and maintenance has been obtained on account of handling more than 50MW of different WTGs through out the world, namely AMTL, BHEL, NEG MICON, NEPC, PIONEER WINCON, TTG, VESTAS and many more. Our AMC (annual maintenance contract) is being annually extended for the operation and maintenance of more than 150 WTGs & around 200 WTGs on call basis and is geometrically progressing every year. Our dexterous abilities extend to servicing gear boxes of any type of windmill. We provide high end gear box services at lowest possible prices.

We are delighted in exhibiting our equipment which includes the minimum scale 90MT to the maximum scale 230MT capacity crane.We claim to being the first company to procure and induce the mega sized 230MT crane in the entire state. The crane is able to install wind turbine generators to a height of 72metres and above. The crane has been instrumental in erecting the 1MW WTG. The crane section comprises the smaller version 220MT which is capable of erecting WTG's to a height of 60metres in height. The 115 MT crane is competent in handling erection of towers up to 50metres. Also we own a 150MT crane which can operate towers to a height of 35metres. The fleet is constantly being upgraded with the finest equipment available in the industry. We also have a fleet of low intensity cranes to perform jobs of lower caliber.
